Because our inventory includes delicate crystals, unique oddities, and personalized spiritual services, our policies are designed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our community.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Physical Goods: All orders for metaphysical supplies, jewelry, and oddities are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Tarot & Consultations: Digital delivery for recorded or written tarot readings will be sent to your provided email within 24-48 hours of the scheduled time.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–7 business days once processed.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout.
Local Pickup: We currently offer local pickup for customers in the Gainesville, FL area. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout to receive instructions.

3. Handling of Fragile Items & Oddities

We take immense pride in our packaging.

Protection: Crystals and oddities are double-wrapped in protective materials to ensure they survive the journey.
Insurance: All orders containing fragile items or "one-of-a-kind" oddities over $50 are automatically insured.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Physical Items

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the energetic and hygiene-related nature of our products, the following are final sale:

Herbal Products: Including loose herbs, teas, and smudge sticks.
Oils & Sprays: Any opened or used essential oils, ritual oils, or room sprays.
Custom Orders: Any items specifically tailored to your request.
Intimate Items: This includes jewelry like earrings or items used for personal ritual hygiene.

3. Tarot & Spiritual Services

Readings: Once a Tarot or metaphysical reading has been delivered or performed, it is non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a live consultation, please provide 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged (especially fragile oddities or crystals):
Take photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging.
Email us at Support@Occultural.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to provide a replacement or a store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
